Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh is an Indian civil servant. He is an Indian Administrative Service officer of Bihar cadre, from the 2010 batch. He is an able and efficient administrator. He is currently posted as Additional Secretary to CM secretariat, Patna. He is a sincere, dedicated, honest and hard working officer. He is a good human being and well-behaved person.
